The idea here is to adapt the following product for space use and Moon colonization (called Line-X). This is a chemical solution with aerosol coating to make objects and surfaces airtight and close to be unbreakable (see more professional details here, and the chemical formula here).
Sorted by estimated quantity use constraint :
To seal the entry of an inhabited cave, either it built-in with an inflatable habitat or not : to minimize pressure and flux exchange between the sealed zone and its external environment (to prevent air leak — suitable for ISS).
To coat a surface exposed to space in urgency in case of predicted micro-meteoroid fall (to prevent that small to huge areas are not pierced — suitable for ISS).
To coat roads and paths for movement ease (for walking or with vehicles — a nonetheless costly solution).

This could be a viable alternative to the use of Kapton tape to repair the 2019' ISS Prk leakage or the equivalent Russian try to repair it with polyurethane foam.
