➠  Context : What are UAPs, and why do UFOs have a new name ?

As often related or communicated by Defense Departments, their presence near military vehicle (during approach), buildings, nuclear installations, or military devices might certainly be the following :

1. Deliberately show themselves to a community with authority, expertise, means and time to take the phenomenon seriously. 

2. If encounters do effectively happen near nuclear installations and facilities (I need more sources, to fog out the IW and disinformation effects), it may be to move your attention toward nuclear associated risks, such as the following I expressed this year about a possible and significant link of causality between nuclear activity, blasts and the magnetic poles drift.
