This solution brings feasibility to an old idea I had in 2018, naming : creating specials events on the Moon that would be visible from Earth once mankind step back on the Moon. Such events would be made for special occasions, like the anniversary of the first landing in July 20, 1969 by Neil Armstrong.
The found solution to make Moon visible events is to reduce a hyper-reflective material into powder (opposite to Ventablack) and to drop it in the inside of a great Moon crater (with rovers for example), then you could put colored spotlight on the craters ridges to reflect it on the powder so it can be visible from Earth. The following image gives you an idea of what it could look like.
