This concept is relatively simple but require another way of seeing things. It concerns climate, carbon wastes (CO2), animal and human health, and embodied energy (see here).

➠ Popollution definition
A data-driven biological metric to evaluate the beneficial effects of an action, or several actions, through the diminution of pollution-driven intoxication of living beings (plants, animals, humans). Said otherwise, how much an action reduce the level (percentage) of intoxicated human population.
It would be particularly useful to evaluate the impact of climatic action.s and to pre-select which ones to priorize. This could bring direct estimates on a human level about if an action is collectively beneficial or not. To the upper limit, this metric could integrate biosphere detoxification parameters concerning vegetables and animals — but this may be less "info-impactful" than expressing direct human health benefits.
Imagine a venture fund investing in a solution to remove plastics from Oceans' waters. The popollution index (percentage of toxicity reduction for living beings) would directly express beneficial consequences for aquatic life (fishes, marines mammals having less micro-plastics and nano-plastics in their body) — then producing positives effects on humans health through the consumption of fished animals (hence making the human's popollution index drop too).
Intoxicated population : informationally, chemically (plastics, others), or through noise, light, or radio-frequencies perturbations, etc.
