🌊 — A solution and some questions

For the volume of subterranean galleries built since the industrial age  for mining and then later for bunkers, experiments or covert governmental projects is nowadays impossible to cartography entirely or to map, here is a legitimate question : what if a canal is dug from the Ocean toward subterranean galleries networks ?

Would it possible to :

• Wash away all the network at once ?

• To evaluate the volume, surface and depth of the galleries if there is a Oceans' level lowering ?

• If it have a certain impact on Oceans' level, could it be a solution to win the race against sea level raise ? 

• Particularly,  could it resolve the upcoming issue about fresh water lack for the livings if it can also fill back groundwater spaces ? Furthermore, we should pose this question : why can we see fresh water zones mixing with salted water zones in Mexican Cenotes ? As salted water comes from Oceans, was there a natural desalination there ? If yes, can it also be used to get fresh water stocks ?
