Here is the set of @20f6bd Twitter posts done in an attempt to offer myself :
More visibility to gain possible protection for I had serious hacking issues ;
Produce systemic change by sharing my ideas, and ;
Nullify the informational advantage my hackers could get from my ideas by exposing the ideas in a targeted manner as some were possibly dual (usable like a double sword).
By sharing these ideas in 2020 with the G7 community and the club of countries having spatial military capacities (like ASAT, etc.) — through a Twitter niche designed for intelligence scrapers (@20f6bd) — the exclusivity and the advantage my hackers could gain from my ideas became null. It was also a way to put them in trouble, I hoped.
Nonetheless, this is what I refer to as a dilemma in my personal notes. Indeed, it was an important and difficult but vital choice to gain exposition and make my way out of this situation going on since 2013 — as forensic on my HDDs can prove it — as I didn't know if intelligence was involved. Now the whole situation hasn't evolved much since then. I still have daily harassment.
With this truthful words to conclude, quoting :
With thoughtful guidelines and a clear shared vision, international collaboration can actually improve security by creating legitimate pathways for technology sharing that reduce incentives for espionage.
