Poseidon is a type of Russian unmanned sea drone armed with nuclear warheads. Some Poseidon are designed only for destroying coastal cities with stealth capabilities (rather than using high speed), and other ones primarily designed to attack carrier battle groups.

Extrapolating science reports on the subject of radioactivity decrease and environment, it may be possible to extract a counter measure from a strong correlation between nature (like vivid forests) and radioactivity decrease.

Lastly, a crowded, beautiful and recognized faun and flora may produce a coercive effect on the adversary — pushed to the extreme, would you destroy the Great Barrier Reef with a warhead ?

This paper may pave the way to a better understanding of nature's role in irradiated zone disinfection (like Chernobyl). Also, the repopulation of Japan after the atomic detonations might be a way for you to observe and test these new implications.
The disinfection effect being significant, it may still be relatively low compared to a high radiation dose. Hence being effective but not a total reverse card.
