✨What if it would be a mean of exchanging basic informations ? — Bridging the view

As far as we entered the 21th century, Humans communications in space are moving toward laser-based exchanges (see here), slowly leaving radio-frequency-based communications apart. Hence, and temporally speaking, the window of a radio-frequency-based exchange between two relatively close intelligent species is probabilistic very low if we considers the following parameters :

• The probability of intelligent life appearance in the Universe (see the Drake's equation)

• The probability of two intelligent species being relatively close in the Universe

• The probability of two intelligent species being relatively close in the Universe sharing a common technological brick (here, space radio-frequency-based communications). Indeed, considering physical limitations described by the General and Special Relativity and the path at which technological progression happens (here on Earth, we moved from horse carriages to Mach X planes, see Mach speed) — such an occurrence  is very unlikely.

There, we can visually appreciate a strange correlation between the two pictures (nonetheless mass, density, distances and fundamental forces ratios remain to be explored) — between the core spike of the Wow! Signal and its two following artefacts — and the Oxygen atom and its two Hydrogen associations.

➠ Furthermore, let's quote this part from the mentioned Wikipedia page (Wow! Signal frequency measurement) :

➠ Speaking of exobiology, what would it mean if this would be its core meaning ?

1. Position : It would indicate a position in the Universe (from where the Wow! Signal has been emitted) — see the first picture.

2. Life : It would indicate that there was water (H2O), hence carbonated and intelligent lifeforms (capable of sending the Wow! Signal) at time of emission.

3. Technology : It would indicate that this intelligent species knew atomic chemistry at the moment they emitted the Wow! Signal.

➠ Special note :

Concerning the first point of the list, it should be considered that the information about the position could have been sent from an object (like a spaceship or a probe) if we accept that the Wow! Signal is originating from a intelligent species.
