🌊 — Double uses : Tidal Power Station inside a Dike

The idea here is to put a tidal power station inside a dike if it's built fresh new, or outside the dike is already there — it could help to fulfill the following  objectives :

1. Fight against sea level rise due to climate change

2. Protect the port and the coastal life forms

3. Generate energy
