B. Biomarkers analysis

Directed Energy Weapons and bioaccoustical exposition (like "heat-ray") tend to significantly interfere with mucous or liquid membranes, especially the intestines. In this sens, it is possible to extract the right biomakers to certify if an individual had been targeted by Directed Energy Weapons or not. 

For example, a cohort of consenting persons diagnosed with Havana Syndrom could serve to determine the biomakers that would certify a DEW targeting. It could then be used each time there is a doubt about someone being targeted or not.

C. Eclipse scenario

This battlefront being hidden in gray-zone, the possibility of making it blow in the press to legitimately take uncovers or semi-coverts actions against S-APT is to evaluate. Through this mean, public alert system could be used to take actions against S-APT :

1. To warn people through the targeted or semi-targeted State alert messaging system in the concerned zone, and then ;

2. Intervene to neutralize DEWs.

D. Recycling DEW in video-games

As stated in this page, in emergency worms-virus could be used to ensure speaker-security or shut them down massively in the event they would have been hacked for C2K purpose (forcing the hearing of sounds or voice) — the worst outcome appearing in my defense anticipation work.

F. Direct delivering of information to the victims

Through social media (Instagram, Thread, X, TikTok, etc.) special accounts can be created to subtly deliver information of quality to the victims of Havana Syndrome or electro-acoustical targeting. The content may help them understand what they are living, and to understand it rationally without wiling out, and propose solutions like relocating elsewhere. The information delivering could even be done through information aggregators (Google Actuality, etc.) — or even data-profiles — to deliver special targeted ads like an offer for an insulated box.

G. Using the concept RAPID

Here is a data-science solution for State actors and security advisors to legitimately move against S-APT :

• Help the persecuted victims

• Build an international cooperation network

•  Prove and document the existence of such atrocities

• Legitimate using force

• Prioritize helping highly targeted people

Here are the guidelines of the RAPID concept (that should be built with consent) :

1. Extract the electronic and acoustic footprint around targeted individuals and use it as data entry points to build the detection system (electromagnetic and acoustical signature) ;

2. Extract the victim's internet digital footprint to see typical behavioral schemes of people targeted with Havana Syndrome (history, mouth pattern, clic sequences, etc.), you should then be able to observe the neuroprammatic patterns, dizzyness or induced amnesia on phone's use.

3. Evaluate if there were lexical modifications in the writing or speech patterns of the victims (i.e. augmentation of vulgarities, repetition, attention cut).

4. Use the collected data and crosscheck it with elements about  direct neighborhood, looking for suspects schemes, i.e. :

   1. • A person interested in reverse psychology.

      • A person consuming micro-electronics.

      • Strange SIGINT signatures. 

5. Crush the data with SIGINT recognition AI systems (HF, RF, EW, voice pattern).

H. Possible alternative : making RAPID a blockchain

Once RAPID is built as a central program, you could move it to its iterated version, meaning using a blockchain and a “proof-of-coverage” algorithm to secure targeted zones.

The principle is simple, by using microphones to feed the “proof-of-coverage” algorithm — like decentralized mining units — you can then centralize the distributed data coming from all the microphones of the network with with user’s agreement.

In the data-center, RAPID is running to detect Directed Energy Weapons signatures and to collect proofs of targeting (which could also help the police to intervene rapidly in case of alert).

With this idea, users participating in this “proof-of-coverage” blockchain even get paid with cryptocurrencies each time they help to detect DEW intrusions. From a user consent point of view, you would have to voluntarily share some data to map the electro-acoustic environment by using this blockchain and compose with the GDPR.

Further, it is even possible to integrate an informational warfare asymmetry by setting a live world map online which would ping every time RAPID detects a DEW signature. This way S-APT will know that it is seen, where and when, which will keep it under hard pressure. It is even possible to make an aggressor “pinging score” chart board to increase the shaming effect.
