The idea here is quite simple, you just have to put captors inside the helmet' air chambers that will wave with the air intake. This will generate a light tension so you can power on LEDs or a headset.

The speed and winds of  the air moving through the helmet' air chambers is enough to wave captors (i.e. : piezoelectric) and generate an electrical current.
