🧠 — Another Presidency : work out the fallacy

This is a concept for a new presidential communication system, it would be nice and fair to redirect part of the presidential communication budget to something else more useful and transparent : a citizen assistance based communication through active listening.

Even if this would probably be heavily criticized at the beginning, especially under the current Presidency, a daily budget of 100 € to 300 € from communication funds could be allocated to another activity, namely a presidential call of 15 to 30 minutes — daily — with a citizen in difficulty, chosen by the president through a local news story of his choice. At the end of this call, the president could choose to help this citizen with this daily budget (100 € to 300 €) — up to the daily cumulative limit (three days without giving corresponding to 900 €, for example).

Note : there are deplorable facts in tiny towns that could be resolved with these kinds of amounts and a presidential call.
