☮️ — Diplomacy : relationship renewal after a dead end

This concept is intentionally built to evacuate the "unspoken" between two parties, formally or aggressively, for a diplomatic renewal goal.

➠ Concept's protocol

1.  Contact the opposing party (embassies, representative, others), then ;

2. Create an anonymous channel of communication (Telegram, Discord, others), then ;

3. Invite the representatives (one or all) from each party on the channel, and ensure they keep their anonymity, then ;

4. Create informal rules to be respected, such as :

   1. 1. • Granted anonymity ;

         •  Timed and assured deletion of the server after or the session's end ;

         • Exceptional authorization of verbal or written declassification with no pursuit during the session ;

         • A collective convention to be honest and to not lie ;

         • An exceptional authorization of means words use and non-protocolar language for the session duration — only to burst taboos (ethnic, ideological biases ; past injuries and reproaches ; problems with a particular member of one of the parties ; plots and secrets).

The goal is to wrap up and burst all biased and unsaid taboos with the other parties in an certified black box, where, as in therapy, the nervous nodes concentrating all the tensions, be it somebody, people, ideas, actions, choices, etc. — have to be addressed and blowout to start afresh.

➠ Note

This solution is applicable to start bilateral relationship again, on a new basis, where all the wrongs and faults of both parties are said, sent, exposed and thrown into a black box, crudely or not. For example this could be used, after both parties agreement, in the case of FR - ISR relationship or FR - MLI or BFA or NER or MRT or TCD (all Sahel states linked to the French Barkhane operation) for which international relationships have been greatly damaged.
