Using a GPS terminal integrated to Ambulances, an AI or a program could be use to ensure the automated sending of alerts to all upstream car-drivers that an emergency ambulance is arriving down road. This could be done via sovereign (state-owned) APIs of GPS guidance services like Waze, etc

This program or AI could prepare the ground for drivers to push away and pull over ahead of the ambulance path.
