A call for unity following the Moon Split scenario.

As stated in the document, a seperated colonization of the Moon — with an Occidental alliance facing a Chinese-lead alliance — may have important systemic repercussions on Earth and further above. For the Moon South Pole is the most valued destination by both actors for a colonization, adversity may manifest itself rapidly. The consequences won't move humankind in the direction of its common interest — with the spectre of conflictuality being exported from Earth to the Moon and above.

That is not all, the happening of a Moon Split would have repercussions in the rest of the Solar System. Indeed, any polarization starting through the first astral body colonization — the Moon, with a USA-lead initiative facing a Chinese-lead colonization — certainly means a polarization that will perdure in time and that will exporte itself during whole continuation of space exploration, like the exploitation of the asteroid belt or the colonization of Mars.

In this continuum, the other possibilities are leading inevitably to a conflict — with the safest option being an endless informational and diplomatic battle.
