After December 2022 episode and severe injury (...), I started to conscientise being electro-acoustically targeted by a Havana Syndrome (DEW / LRAD / V2K) as you can see through the cohort of proofs from my personal investigation and the continuum of counter-measures I developed in the corresponding section.

My message was clear : these unconventional weapons (DEW / LRAD) used to provoke punctual or permanent injuries as well as inducing craziness state of mind (see this part from the US Homeland  Security Committee : Silent weapons) are totally illegal from an international regulation point of view and should not be used nor on civilians, "dissents" or official representative.

I shared this on the 26th April 2023 as a cry fir help.
